Splash and Dash 2025 - Jackson, MS

 In coordination with our Summer Exhibit - Measurement Rules

We invite you to The Dash will be half a mile down Spotter's Trail and around the playground, passing by the Den.

A change of clothes should probably be encouraged if they intend to stay and play at the museum after!

Registration will close May 22nd so there's time to send off the shirt order and have it done in time. 

The way the day will go is:

• 7:00am - t-shirt pickup and on site registration
• 8:00am - Dash starts
• 9:00am - museum opens & hopefully all runners are finished
• 9:00-10:00 special water activities & treats (probably popsicles) will happen on the splash pad for runners. (But we won't turn away guests who want to play in the splash pad and get wet)
• Special station where runners can spray their shirts with vinegar to set the color and put it in a gallon Ziplock bag to take home.
• 10:00am-3:00pm - regular event activities inside the museum
